Project Background
The real estate experience is often stressful and fragmented, especially when searching for a home via mobile apps. RealEasy was conceptualized as a solution to simplify property discovery, build trust with verified agents, and streamline the buying process — all from a smartphone. My role spanned from ideation to final screen design. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to ensure that user pain points were addressed with clear UX logic and modern UI aesthetics.
Design Goals
To design an intuitive, trust-driven real estate platform that supports smooth user onboarding, transparent listings, and quick access to verified agents.
User Research & Empathy Mapping
We identified two main personas:
Buyers looking for clarity, speed, and legitimacy
Agents seeking trust, visibility, and quick lead connections
Key Pain Points Identified:
Confusing filters on competitor apps
Lack of verified agent credibility
Poor mobile responsiveness and flow disruptions
Information overload in search results
